• Prices, where mentioned or communicated, are indicative and subject to change based on raw material costs, order quantity, customization requirements, currency fluctuations for export orders, and prevailing taxes/duties, unless otherwise confirmed in writing.

8. Customization & Export Orders

• We offer customization services including logo embroidery, sizing, and industry-specific features. Customized/made-to-order products, once confirmed, may not be eligible for cancellation, return, or refund except in cases of manufacturing defect, subject to mutual agreement.
• Export orders are subject to applicable Indian export regulations, destination country import regulations, and Incoterms as agreed between the parties in the relevant commercial invoice/purchase order.
